Seasonal things I make every year

Spring

  • Wild garlic pesto (it freezes really well)
  • Plantain, dandelion leaf, cleavers and hawthorn leaf tinctures (fresh)

Early summer

  • Hawthorn flower tincture (added to the fresh leaf tincture), elderflower everything
  • Lots of different hydrosols but always, peppermint, chamomile and rose because I use those the most.

Mid to late summer

This is when I do most of my drying from my own herb garden so rosemary, sage, peppermint, chamomile, calendula, yarrow, lady’s mantle.

Autumn

  • Elderberry syrup and tincture
  • Rosehip infused oil, syrup and dried and powdered for capsules
  • Coltsfoot, thyme and liquorice cough syrup (ready for winter)
  • Add the hawthorn berries to my fresh leaf and fresh flower combined tincture to make a super all in one hawthorn tincture.
  • Medicinal mushroom tinctures

Winter

  • Fire cider
  • Medicinal mushroom tinctures
